The Mill
A.B. Steel Mill, Inc., (the Mill) a sister company to Frederick, manufactures (rolls) high quality reinforcing bars in multiple grades. Using frequent rolling cycles, the Mill rolls #3 through #8 in ASTM A 615-60, A 996-60 and A 996-40 grades to meet customer needs. Also available are metric sizes and high strength reinforcing bars.
Frederick Steel is the Mill’s exclusive sales agent. All Mill production goes into stock and is available for immediate shipment. Rebar orders may be combined with all other products to achieve higher weight and more competitive freight amortization on each order.
Together, Frederick Steel and the Mill provide the best of both worlds… mill and service center operations to better meet the needs of the customer.
